At your initial assessment, I will take a full history of your presenting condition, health and physical activities.  You will have a full physical assessment and I may use some other assessment tools if indicated.

I will create an individualised treatment plan that will aim to achieve your goals and return you to your daily activities in a safe and effective manner.  We will discuss the various treatment options and decide together what approach works best for you.

During each follow-up session, we will review your progress and alter your programme according to your specific needs.
